Those of you who are following me on my Tumblr ( [link] ) must have already noticed the couple of sketches of Stella Crescent, Sunset Rose and Berry Blast in a more pony-like anthro-style that I've posted there.

I have been thinking about trying that style for quite sometimes but I wasn't sure if I should go for it and confuse everyone or just stick with what was working... In the end I succumbed to my 'artistic curiosity' and the result was actually quite lovely. So I figured I'd also give it a shot at colours, and I picked the Stella with clothes because too much of sexy is just too much, lol.

I also went balls to the walls with detailed colouring and I was trying very hard to make it seem like every pieces of clothes were of a different fabric and texture. Like the shirt is supposed to be silk, the shoes are suede, the pants are velvet... I'm not too sure if It worked out alright, but the overall is quite pleasing to my taste.

There are still a lot of things I need to learn by practice and my classical training in art just didn't include computer programs to a great extent... Ah well, good thing is there is improovement in every step of the way.

Makes me a happy kitty ^^
